AITA for wanting to take legal action against the women who baby we were supposed to adopt

Honestly against the grain here but NTA. This isn’t a woman who thinks she’s owed a baby from someone this is a woman who got a far enough into this process and is grieving who she though was going to be her child. And IMO that is the shittiest and stupidest reason to change the couple you give your child to. She didn’t change her mind for the good of her child, she let a coworker sway her to do her brother a favor. This is coming from an LGBT person who has researched and understand LGBT adoption are HARD. This was unfair and she has every right to be upset. Legal action is probably not going to work out because legally nothing has happened, but I don’t think she’s the A for having her mind go to that.
