AITA my husband has been unemployed for 4 months

NTA, it is his responsibility to handle his mental health, find a job, parent his children, pursue his dreams, etc... You're not his mother, too, you're (supposed to be) his partner. If he refuses to get help for his anxiety, refuses to find a job despite the fact that there are 3 children that need to be cared for, then you might just be better off telling him to pack up and head out. Whether or not he has somewhere to go is also not your responsibility.

Lay down some hard lines, tell him to get his you know what together, to get a job no matter how terrible it is while he searches for something better, and to go into therapy. His problems won't go away on their own, and it's not your job to manage them for him. If he redfuses, well...
