Alabama just passed a near-total abortion ban with no exceptions for rape or incest

I'm from Alabama and alot of y'all not from here aren't seeing the bigger picture. Look at the new abortion laws Georgia passed. Now Alabama, and possibly Mississippi after. This bill is crazy and ridiculous, yes. This entire ban is a ploy in with the Republican party to challenge Roe V. Wade. Also while they dont include rape and incest (yet) in the law the writing does give an exception; the exception being-- " abortion is necessary in order to prevent a serious health risk." So allowing that exception opens the door for others and the interpretation of what classifies as a "serious health risk" could be a broad umbrella.

As it stands, yeah it's a crazy law and while I dont agree with certain kinds of abortions (because it's "inconvenient" or "not the right time") I also believe that I dont have any right to tell any other person what to do. Better to have planned parenthood around so unwanted babies are not even conceived in the first place.

TL:DR---- I'm from Bama and I feel politics and politicians are using this as a pawn in a bigger game the Republicans are playing and that gets on my nerves.
