Behavior?” And then you have to have multiple people go through this information, which could be incorrect, or missing key details, to decide weather to send a “different type of response team” or conventional police. Kind of defeats the purpose of having an emergency line, it would be incredibly expensive and convoluted, and would never work in practice.
