Thank you for the information. I put in an order, then bought an Amazon gift card on December 11 th.
Usually I get an immediate response from you. I waited a day and saw that I had not received a verification from Amazon that the gift card had been delivered.
I was unable to use the chat feature on the website... It isn't compatible with my android phone... I could barely see it on screen.
I found the alternative email here on Reddit and asked what to do.
I received a response from you telling me to have Amazon re-send the gift card to the [email protected].
I called Amazon and they told me it has been redeemed already via the [email protected] address, but they would check on it and see what they could do to redirect it to the protonmail address.
While on the phone with Amazon, I sent an email to you saying that the card had been redeemed. After I finished with Amazon, you responded saying that yes it has been redeemed, and my order was complete.
I called Amazon back to let them know that there wasn't a problem and that it was redeemed by Modup. They asked me if I knew someone by the name of Mohammed, (the person who redeemed it, I assumed) I said no, it's probably an employee of the company.
I still have not received the usual email from Amazon saying the card was redeemed, nor the receipt from you that has the tracking number - which does have a delay.
That's all. Just sharing what happened in case it will help others to get their orders in.
