it's all coming together

Honestly whenever I face the super duper double secret passive players Ill just stop playing. Like in ops pic ill just stand there 'menacingly' and sometimes ill even put my phone down and do something else while keeping an eye on my phone. I think the records 45 counts of my opponent just side stepping or floating/even just standing there without actually doing (or even trying to do) anything else, not even a tap blast.

Also for some reason Im finding training mode even more ridiculous when it comes to try hards and passive play. Ofc I completely understand someone bringing a good or even meta team to LBR mode since its for training and they may not use the team much so theyre using it where it womt affect their rank if they lose.. Therefore if someones obviously using training mode to learn the ins and outs of a new team or if they just want to see how the team does at max stars Ill never fault someone for using a good team.

However when someone (ie me) rolls up with their friendship farming team just because I just want to clear some BP missions, a team which consists of 6 non-related and random units (ngl a couple of them are still considered higher tier units and ones even GV) then my advice is that my opponent may find the training match more beneficial if they try to maybe power down the 3 man team they use closer to the random team your facing. But honestly I do understand my opponent using one of the better comps for fusions since it may be what he plans to use in ranked.

However if your also a BR 65 player with over 1k GGs whos rolling up with a perfect fusions team then at least try to restrain yourself a little and try to limit yourself to 1 or even 2 RRs tops (especially against my BR 54 or 55 a$$). However I try not one to tell anyone how to play the game however since this this exact scenario happened to me earlier today and the BR 65 guy apparently (and quite sadly) needed to use 3 RRs to beat me (i still dont understand how the match was somehow so close where it came down to a 1v1). Also my opponents 3rd RR came when we were playing 1v1 and instead of using this opportunity to actually practice playing 1v1 instead when I had to vanish, he immediately RRed me for the 3rd time, even though his own unit was almost at full health, had color advantage over mine and my unit was yellow EX Frieza at line 20% hp while his was z7 red Gogeta at like 90%+ hp. I have to be honest if the training match was a ranked match instead (and both of the teams were somewhat close to being even with each other) then I would have considered it one of my better matches for the day. However it being training mode with a clear discrepancy between our 2 teams and thats how my BR 65 opponent chose to showcase his pvp talents, well it just rubbed me the wrong way (actually it was more like I was expecting something more since I usually only play pvp until BR 57 to 59 so I looked forward to seeing how well someone who plays tons more pvp than me plays against me and the whole experience was underwhelming I guess.

Honestly if it was ranked, I guess Id still be a little miffed over someone using 3 RRs in a single match (against a terrible team while using one of the best teams in the game) but its ranked where everyone needs ti do whatever it takes to win and i fully understand that (though losing, in any mode, purely because of RR which is just a crazy op attack thats also heavily RNG dependent so whenever its used multiple times against you it just sucks). However imo using anything more than 2 RRs (and i still think 2 RRs in a training match is actually really counter productive since even one RR shortens the match which leaves you less play time to learn about how each unit works on the team individually as well as the overall synergy between each if the 3 units. So unless someone needs to practice using an RR in battle (and honestly who TF needs to practice how to RR since all one really needs to know when it comes to using an RR is that you basically make sure to use it when yoire opponent cant avoid it).

Im not even saying 'RR in training mode is bad and those who do it are stupid" (though in this example ngl those are pretty much my feelings) its just imo the mode itself may be more beneficial if you actually use the characters and teams abilities and skills over a generic one shot mechanic thats exactly the same for every team. Idk if my opponent was just used to fighting to win since he obviously grinds ranked but you get nothing for training mode especially against my Franken-team with almost zero synergy. Imo that goes doubly so for this match inparticular since I purposely didnt even bring GV (by far the best unit I had available on the team) but instead used the secret meta team of CMZ, kid Buu and yellow EX Frieza (some kind of budget PO team I guess)

Anyways sorry to vent and also im very sorry for the mini novel of a reply. Ill end it here before it becomes the legends sub version of War and Peace

Also no TLDR, so if its too long for anyone then Ill just put a 'DR'
