I'll break this down like you are 5.

Hilary got a staff together to run her campaign, this is what active running people do. Hence she was running whether you choose to believe it or not.

Her campaign then went on to shop a headquarters for her campaign prior to her last speech. That means that not only did she hire staff, they were looking for locations to put her base. People who are not running don't do that.

Then she gave a speech (whilst actively running without announcing it to skirt the rules).

You can play the "technically she wasn't running" card into the ground. Nobody believes you.

Let me put this into perspective.

Let's say I'm an Olympic athlete competing in Olympic trials and winning. If you asked me are you on your way to the Olympics? I could say no I'm not. I'm doing literally everything somebody on their way there does, but just trust me I'm not.

Then I booked a flight and a hotel (found my headquarters) where the Olympics were held and you asked again, are you going to the Olympics, I could still say no. On paper this is exactly what people do who are, but no I'm not.

Then I boarded the plane and flew after qualifying to the city it's held in. You could say are you on the way now to the Olympics? I could still say no, WTF gives you that idea?

To everyone watching this unfold, they know I'm going there, yet I haven't lied once about it. Just like everyone knew Hilary was running, just wouldn't admit it.

Then I board a cab to bring my to the stadium. You ask again, are you on your way to the Olympics? That's when I say yes, I'm on my way there right now. (I'm running for president, you got me.)

Launching a presidential campaign takes months to arrange. Hilary was arranging hers for months and hiring staffers.

You can play she never announced it card all you want, it doesn't mean just like the Olympian, doesn't mean she wasn't running.

If you are organizing staff, finding a base, seeking donors you are running no matter what comes out of your mouth.

Everyone familiar with this story knows what happened.

She was in fact doing everything people running do.

She was running.

What do you call what she was doing prior to her announcing she was? Not running?

She's literally known for 8 years you're fucking right I'm running, why didn't she announce it while seeking a campaign headquarters? Her campaign is on the stop the bleeding panic which gives me more faith she might not even be on the ballot.
