why do all “entry level” jobs require like 3-5 years of experience? bs

No you obnoxious moron. We hire people from the top their classes from top universities in Australia to come work for us from their third, forth and fifth year. Some times on scholarships. It both helps them get their required nine months professional experience to graduate from university (required here) and helps us find fantastic (when they) graduates to work here when they’re finally ‘qualified’. When they finish university (and some have three years experience at this point) they enter into our graduate program. Not to be rude but they’re still barely qualified engineers, they just graduated. This is vastly far from being chartered with engineers Australia. But they are now eligible to enter a four year graduate program. At the end of this we ‘might’ give them a permanent position. If we don’t they will leave with severance.

I don’t think you’ve even remotely understood my point. Also we very readily assume that internships with reputable organisations counts towards our requirements.

As a professional courtesy, you need to stop talking shit about things you know nothing about. Integrity is the biggest part of the discipline.
