I have no doubt that a laptop exists. Where it came from and whether the shit that is coming off of it are real is another matter. You don’t link anything that addresses those questions.

I find it a little hard to believe that if you can figure out how to post on reddit, you don’t also know somewhere in your brain that a PDF of an email isn’t the same thing as an actual email. I’m not a particularly tech savvy individual but there are some basic, fairly obvious thresholds of verifiability and veracity here that even i can tell aren’t being met with the stuff we’re claiming “FOR SURE” came from the laptop. Folks around here who I expect know better seem to be pretty cavalier about disregarding those thresholds anyway. The line of thinking seems to be “well the left does it so we can too!!!” which I guess has some validity to it. But it’s also how we keep getting further and further into this nightmare shitshow mess.

At least Trump has stayed mostly on message lately, attacking Biden’s track record instead of peddling this unsubstantiated bullshit coming from the Bannonverse. If there was a concerted and coordinated effort from the Right to bring the campaign home by criticizing Biden on substance, hell, even my vote might be up for grabs. When Trump talked about Biden’s record on crime and immigration in the last debate, I don’t mind telling you, my ears perked up. But I guess we’re slipping further and further away from that world into a world where we care more about outrageous and unverified claims of pedophilia from dubious sources.
