to all lower ranks, when you start a comp match please, please and please join the team voice chat even if you are already in a group voice chat or don't have a microphone.

communication and teamplay are keys to win in any team-based mode, it is frustrating even in 'for fun' modes like mystery and no limits when you are ass-whooped by mechanically inferior group because they can agree to help each other while you trickle into them in various 'cunning and unexpected' ways with 0 effect.

I can only blame Blizzard for this because they are eager to get people into competitive play, the "addictive" part of the game as soon as possible and they avoid communicating with the player in a negative fashion even when he's doing everything wrong and since it's a team game, there's always 5 ppl to blame for your failures. The system is nurturing entitled self-centered assholes who find out that they have no idea how to play when they reach competitive games, get whooped and their toxic teammates are yelling at them for being shit. If anyone learns anything from that experience it's only due to not-so-common character traits - the setup itself promotes adversarial approach among teammates and toxic behavior.
