In all seriousness, what’s Valves long term plan?

Are there any plans for Valve to do anything to support this tech which has an incredible amount of potential?

You mean besides literally everything they've already done in the space?

It's not enough that Valve designed the underlying technology of some of most advanced headsets available, technology which they practically give away to any company that wants to use it to expand their own offerings.

it's not enough that they created the only cross platform ecosystem that incentivizes indie and established developer to create and sell content. While also keeping that same platform open to every competing hardware rival they can.

It's not enough to be working on improving competing tools and engines (like Unity) to their own. Also partnering to support companies (like Stress Level Zero) using those alternative engines.

It's not enough to be the only company supporting alternative platforms, like Mac OS and Linux.

No Valve isn't doing enough to support this tech, because they haven't released their games on an acceptable timeframe for some people.

... Seriously why does everyone expect a single company to be solely responsible for driving VR? And why is what they have done less important that what they will do in the future?
