I'm the opposite- only very occasional joint paint (maybe in one finger for a few hours, every few months or so) but other than that, no signs or symptoms. The bloodwork is what gave it away. My ANA was negative December, but my double-stranded DNA antibodies are climbing (negative a year ago, have since doubled) and I just tested positive for i think the dsDNA AB titer yesterday, which is a major indicator for systemic lupus. I had a butterfly rash, which moved to my chin and turned out to be rosacea (which is why I was even at the doctor in the first place). They don't know how it will progress, or if it will.

I know this is frustrating as hell, and there are SO many tests and so many non-definitive answers. I hope you get some clarity soon ❤
