I think it is Caleb.

There are 2 timelines happening right now with Delores but the show if making it seem like it is just 1 timeline.... like they did in season 1

Timeline 1 Simulated computer world: Caleb and Delores. Delores searches for human allies in this simulated world to use in the real world. It is possible she has run through thousands of these simulations with different people and scenarios to see what works.

Timeline 2 Real world. Happening months (maybe as much as a year after Caleb meets Delores in the simulation). Hale (who is actually Caleb) and Delores.

Of course by episode 4, all of these theories will probably change. Ha
