You all know what a bucket list is, what is on your “fuck no, not ever list”?

Honestly, for me it was more self determination rather than the help from people around me. Even when I’m on a diet, friends will still be like “hey let’s go eat”, “hey let’s get a drink”. I guess I just have to have the self control to order small portion of food/drink with the healthiest (and often the least appetizing) options.

Reminding people that it’s unhealthy… may or may not help, depending on who you hang out with. Young people (like late teens or early 20s) obviously have less to worry about their diet than people in their 30s or 40s.

My best suggestion for losing weight is, find a sport you really like. The motivation to get in shape will just come naturally. Another tip is find a work out partner. It is much harder to make excuses when someone’s expecting you to be there.
