[All] What is your story, how did you come to the political conclusions you believe nowadays? In your opinion, what is the selling point of your political belief?

My story is that I have a formal financial education and came to understand that money has a "force" to it. It has laws and structures that would not seem out of place in a physics class with Newton's Three Laws on the board.

Once you come to believe that, it is easy learn how to steer a boat through the current instead of trying to dam the current. That doesn't mean the current isn't dangerous, or that there are not drowned bodies in the river, but you can accept that daming the river would have extreme and unpredictable consequences.

Analogy aside, I just find socialism of the populist / commutarian variety to not have any scientific foundation. Or should I say, I would not want to live in a world that successfully built that dam.
