I was talking about racists who fail to qualify the studies . A lot of times the research linked does qualify, the racists citing it do not.

I know, it's why I was wondering why melanin counts appear to actually be having an effect.

Melanin has no effect on behavior that isn't already explained by some other factor. You're still failing to look at any qualifying factors that might influence these statistics. The previous reply wasn't copypasta, I wrote it all. You think it was copypasta but you have no idea you've only just begun.

Racism is just one of the factors.

• Black educational attainment is about half of whites and whites is about half of of asians. Blacks make 20% less than whites and whites make 8% less than asians. The poverty rate for blacks is x3 higher than whites, yet the poverty rates for asians is 25% higher than whites.

• The average black person's salary is 14% higher than Hispanics and educational attainment is up to 50% higher, but poverty levels for blacks are slightly higher than for Hispanics.

• Children in predominantly black and hispanic schools have fewer resources, fewer class options, face harsher punishment (despite a lack of data showing they have worse behaviors), and their teachers are paid less than teachers at predominantly white schools.

• Scholarships overwhelmingly and disproportionately go to white people.

• Minority scholarships account for a quarter of one percent of all scholarships, only 3.5% of people of color receive minority scholarships.

• Black youths are imprisoned at six times the rate as white youths for the same crimes, with no criminal record.

• Black youths arrested for the same violent crimes as whites when comparing those with no prior record were nine times as likely to be incarcerated.

• Despite being about 15% of the under-18 population, black youths are 40% of all youths tried as adults and 58% of all youths sent to adult prisons.

Being tried as an adult is not expunged from your record. Essentially whites can commit just as many crimes as a black person without being treated like a career criminal for it.

• But at least they committed the crimes right?

Not always.

Nothing to do with racism I'm sure.

• Disproportionate sentencing once someone is found guilty of a drug crime.

• More than half of all people imprisoned for drug possession are black, but they engage in that activity at the same rate.

• Blacks (and Hispanics) face harsher, longer sentences than non-Hispanic whites for the same crimes. If the victim is white, the punishment is even harsher.

• White felons are more likely to find employment than black people with equal qualifications and no criminal records.

Helps explains your unemployment rates, right?

• 700 felony trials over 10 years in Lake and Sarasota Florida, with black populations of 5% and jury pools of 27 people, 40% of jury pools did not have a single black candidate.

Just one factor, racism. You can see how blacks might generally be kinda screwed over right? Check-ch-check-check-check-ch-check yourself out too. These types of statistics pop up seemingly every day, and your first assumption was to find some way about how it's still their fault.

So here's the thing. You acknowledge race has no biological basis yet you're still trying to establish some nonexistent link to race. You're not going to find Why black peepol r dumb, a statistical analysis of race and performance in the United States in 2014 by Oxford University because the issues that cause the statistics you point at are not caused by any one thing.

All of the statistics you're linking to are caused by a myriad of intertwined reasons that extends beyond salaries. If you really want to know the reason for your statistics you're going to have to untangle those reasons and identify how each reason serves to perpetuate another reason.
