Almost 5 weeks in!

I know the confidence isn’t very high, but Rowan does have people working on this and they have been working on it, including nights and weekends for weeks. Keep putting in tickets. The more data we have, the quicker we can find the issue. We’ve had our vendors out multiple times, including yesterday and even they are having issues pinpointing the problem.

And seriously for the last time, drop the “Rowan doesn’t care” gimmick. I know people personally who have been sacrificing their home lives to figure this out for everyone and at this point it’s just old. Putting in tickets with meaningful information is helpful. Putting in tickets as a guest that say “lol the WiFi sucks” literally does nothing but waste someone’s time who could actually be helping to solve the problem.
