I almost ended it tonight. I begged for a sign not to

Life can change dramatically in a year, a month, a day, or even in a second. Don’t give up. This is just a phase, a state of mind that certainly isn’t permanent.

I suggest you try to find some challenges in life beyond trying not to end it. Push yourself to achieve something you can be proud of, go after any of your dreams of curiosities. Maybe get a new career, take up some education. Push yourself physically or mentally somehow.

Do some research and listen to people like: Alan Watts Sadhguru Jordan Peterson Joe Rogan podcasts

You need a different perspective on life. Life is hard for us all. You’re never going to see or know the hardship that other have gone through unless they fully open up to you which is rare. Don’t play the victim. Fight the good fight.

Also, just realize that ending it hurts those that love you more than yourself. Your life isn’t that bad, you honestly need to snap out of it and get some perspective. Things could be a hell of a lot worse, and you know I’m right. Some people have lived absolutely terrifying and brutal lives on this planet. You are not one of them.

I promise you if you work on yourself there will come a day that you’re so incredibly happy that you will thank yourself so much for putting in the effort to heal which led you to that moment.
