Your opener is similar to mine but I must say, using ley lines before a pull is sort of a waste, since you're already precasting your fire to hit right when the pull is, you're better off not using leylines until you use raging strikes. This will help the tail end of your opener up more as you wont be wasting any pecious leylines times for prepull. Something along the lines of:

Sharpcast > Quelling Strikes > Fire 1 > Enochian > Fire 3 > Leylines > Raging Strikes > Fire 4 > Fire 1 > Int Pot > Fire 4 > Fire 4 > Fire 4 > Swiftcast > Flare > Covert > Fire 4 > Blizzard 3 > Blizzard 4

There is a caveat to the above opener. If the Second Fire 1 you cast procs a fire 3, the opener changes to:

Sharpcast > Quelling Strikes > Fire 1 > Enochian > Fire 3 > Leylines > Raging Strikes > Fire 4 > Fire 1 > Int Pot > Fire 4 > Fire 4 > Fire 4 > Fire 3 > Convert > Swiftcast > Fire 4 > Fire 4 > Blizzard 3 > Thunder 1 > Blizzard 4

Although if you would still like to use leylines during a pre pull I'd probably go more with this opener instead:

Sharpcast > Quelling Strikes > Leylines > Fire 3 > Enochian > Fire 1 > Fire 4 > Fire 4 > Fire 4 > Fire 4 > Fire 3 > Convert > Fire 4 > Fire 4 > Blizzard 3 > Thunder 2 > Blizzard 4
