I also built the house from Pixar's Up during quarantine...

You could spend less on a jet ski, a bomb car, a gaming PC + home office. So many things you could spend 10k on after working hard for it, but this guy decided to spend 10k on a fun constructive project that delighted his kid.

Some people here want to make out like he's a millionaire indulging in a lavish luxury. Yes he's got more money than ya but a lot of people spend 10k on golf clubs yet here you are tearing the ass out of a feel-good news story. Why not go bitch about the guy who fly's a gyrocopter of Burley Griffin, or people who like biking down Stromlo, people who like 4WD tracks, or anyone who has ever gone on a holiday with their kids.

Someone bought some new loungeroom furniture? Must be nice to be rich. Got a swimming pool? How despicable, you elitist oligarch.

The guy built his kid a cool cubby house. Go find something else to crap on.
