Banking industry standard it's 6 months for anything covering an ATM or from the ATM itself

Casinos 6-12 months for gaming floors, 30 days for exterior/non-gaming floor, although legally in Vegas they only need to keep footage for 7 days

Grocery stores and gas stations 90 days is industry standard but smaller/poorer stores tend to only keep a month tops due to storage costs

Prisons 30 days minimum (depending on state, some require 90 days)

Home systems 30 days tends to be the most common amount

In the EU its legally 30 days for any recorded footage unless being used for an active investigation and then it's supposed to be destroyed 90 days after the investigation ends
