Feminism and egalitarianism can co-exist as proper dictionary definitions

I never argued that feminism and egalitarianism had no intersection.

Egalitarianism:the doctrine that all people are equal and deserve equal rights and opportunities

Fitting the definition of an "egalitarian" is pretty much just "not-being-an-asshole."

The thing is that feminism is based on the idea that women are discriminated against/oppressed in society, and thus a movement to grant women civil rights and status is necessary. This might be true of some societies, but none in the western world.

Egalitarianism doesn't make claims to any preexisting discrimination towards groups. An egalitarian could believe that women are oppressed, or that women are not oppressed, and still believe that the issues women face are important.

Not sure about your rant at the end there. I'm sure there are instances of women believing that criticism towards them is certainly because they are women, and I'm sure there are instances of bias towards shitlords such as yourself. At the same time, if these are frequent occurrences for you, you could evaluate yourself and see if there's a reason you're offending people and getting poor reviews? Just a thought; I have no idea what your situation is actually like, I just have a hard time imagining that gender biases in the workplace would alone be enough to consistently create these problems.
