Twitter is full of these now - seems like everyone even vaguely leaning towards the New/Alt Right has a 'Gropyer' (what these frogs are called) account, with a Groyper avatar and Groyper-related name. There's loads, so many that it's become a meme in itself. There's even a Groyper RPG being worked on. They're just a goofy thing, I think started in response to the original Groyper account being banned.

One of the Groyper accounts was saying a week or so ago that there was a reporter sniffing around asking for interviews. The 'media' (ugh) must be really hard-up for "THE ALT RIGHT IS COMING TO KILL YOU!!" content if these joke accounts are even considered in any way remotely newsworthy.
