I'm not 100% sure on this but I think the final vote would go in line of:

Kass: Toss up between Abi & Spencer

Andrew: Tasha (He has stated in post interviews that other than Jeremy he was seriously considering voting for Tasha during the FTC as he had a good relationship with her)

Kelly: Spencer or Tasha (She didn't like Abi while in the game or in ponderosa)

Ciera: Abi (with a small chance off it going to Spencer)

Stephen: Abi or Tasha (It has stated by some that Stephen was openly campaigning against Spencer at ponderosa, hence I don't think he would vote for him)

Joe: Spencer. with a small chance for Tasha (He left with bad blood between him & Abi when he got eliminated & i think he had a better relationship with Spencer, so he's properly voting for him)

Kelley: Abi

Kimmi: Abi or possibly small chance for Tasha (didn't like Spencer)

Keith: Think it's Spencer (honestly have no idea here)

Jeremy: Spencer (He respected Spencers game a lot hence I think he would vote for him)

So the vote would properly go something like 4 almost locked votes for Abi (Kass, Ciera, Kimmi & Kelley) with 1 possible vote that could swing (Stephen), Spencer with 3 almost locked votes for him (Joe, Keith & Jeremy) with 3 possible swing votes (Kass, Kelly & Ciera) & lastly Tasha with 1 almost locked vote (Andrew) with 4 potential swing votes (Kelly, Kimmi, Joe & Stephen)
