Alternatives to 12 step meetings?

A random list of stuff I've doing or contemplating.

Refuge Recovery is a different kind of meeting that has the meditation in the meeting. That led me to an interest in Buddhism so I attended some classes at our Zen Center. I do short runs in the evening. I'm going to restart yoga when the world opens back up to help me with flexibility and feeling at peace in my skin. The Korean spa has helped me with body acceptance and just taking pleasure in a hot soak. I've taken a new interest in my old hobbies, and started to realize I have the space and capability to make things if I choose. I've worked on various health issues that were neglected and gotten better at dealing with the business side of that stuff. I'm considering that some education might be possible, both towards a career of some kind, or back into the arts.
