I am a 28 year old completely blind Woman! AMA!

I miss seeing the unique expressions and features on different people's faces and seeing beautiful things like sunsets or or architectural achievements and art. My boyfriend and I went to Europe once on vacation and I felt so sad sometimes I couldn't see all the beautiful architecture. I still enjoyed myself though.

Touch is definitely my second most important sense to me. I would say my hands are my eyes and make up so much of how I perceive the world. In my opinion touch is almost as important as my hearing to me.

I don't think I've developed any super skills but I can listen to things at what would be very fast speeds to sighted people. My phone and laptop reads things to me at 450 words per minute which none of my sighted friends can understand. If i listened to things slower it would feel like it was dragging on to me though.
