Why am I always so hungry?

I'm only ate peanut butter rarely when I was losing weight because it's so calorie dense for a small amount of peanut butter. Nuts, peanut butter, chocolate trufles, nut mixes, granola bars, dried fruit, and tortilla wraps are all so calorie dense and small. They aren't filling to me. A bowl of oatmeal is more filling than a granola bar. If you can eat more vegetables early in the day instead of the small snacky things, then that might be more filling. You're already eating chili, which is good. I feel like fiber rich foods like beans, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, and bran flakes help keep me full.

I'd also recommend getting a food scale because when you're eating at 1200 calories a day there isn't as much margin of error. Using volume measurements like tablespoons and measuring cups can be sort of inaccurate, plus it dirties a lot of cups and spoons. Eating a bit more and aiming for a half pound weight loss might also be more sustainable. I did that when I was losing my last 10 pounds, and I don't regret it.
