I am an MA Lit student and I am submitting one paper for two classes...how much do I need to change the paper for it not to be considered plagiarism?

I have cancer...the chemo has really wiped me out. (Apologize if that was abrupt...it was not meant to make you feel bad or illicit sympathy)

One assignment asks for a critical analysis of a text of our choice using a theory of our choice. The other is asking for an analysis of a text of our choice using Marxist theory.

I am actually asking becasue I do feel lazy about considering it, one professor has already given it a nod of approval, but I don't want to "plagiarize" whether it's "approved" or not. So I was curious where the line, so speak, exists. Also I am not sure trying to recontextualize research and theory is lazy or un-academic. In fact an argument could be made to the contrary.
