I am an Ultra Conservative Muslim who supports the sharia law for Muslim lands.

I live in a non-Muslim majority South-Asian country.

The Sharia law also includes private aspects of life. My parents were devout Muslims, so they commanded me to perform certain obligatory duties and prohibited me other things that were unlawful under the sharia. So you could say that yes I was brought up under certain aspects of the Sharia law. However there was no Sharia being enforced on a public level because obviously it was not a Muslim country.

If you are taking about the 'Sharia patrols', I don't agree with their methods. If they were simply going around and telling people gently not to commit sins, why they are wrong etc. I would have supported them but what I've heard is that these groups verbally harass non-Muslim individuals . Their aggressive strategies will only help drive people away from the sharia.

Generally, I approve of the idea of segregated Muslim neighborhoods where committed Muslims can live in peace without having to see naked women, alcohol and other unIslamic things, where our children will be protected from unIslamic influence. However, trying to establish said segregated zones in Western countries is a somewhat problematic idea. I read that the many ISIS foreign fighters from Europe came from what they call ''Muslim Ghettos'' . The best option would be for Muslims states like Saudi Arabia to open their borders for Islamists abroad. Personally, I don't understand why a serious Muslim would not want to move to an Islamic country like Saudi Arabia if given the choice. I would. Unfortunately, Many Muslim countries are fiercely nationalistic and have strict immigration policies. This should change.
