Am I applying dread correctly?

NONONONONO.

Fully in her frame.

1 - not your job to placate or try to figure out her emotions/whats bothering her.

2 - Silent treatment just means she's gotten under your skin to the point where you'e acting like a butthurt baby.

3 - The answer is to continue on with your life, acting like it doesn't bother you in the least. Because it shouldn't. You're encouraging bad behaviour because you're getting pulled into her drama.

4 - You really don't understand dread.Dread is about turning around a long term relationship in which you are unhappy, but for whatever reason you don't want to just end the relationship..ie marriage/kids,etc. The lower 5 levels are simply a guide to become a man worthy of looking yourself in the mirror every morning, because how can she see you as a worthy man if you don't believe it yourself?

I bet you haven't even read the source material.
