Ah the Trials and Tribulations of a Remote Control Vending Machine.

I'm not going out on a limb here when I say, you've done these guests a disservice, and I wouldn't be surprised if they never think of staying in an AirBnB listing again. Yeah... Yeah... I know... It's no sweat off your balls, but you make the rest of us look bad, and there is nothing we can do, because the damage has been done.

I'm still fairly busy with bookings from guests who've stayed with us many times in the past, but I'm not seeing the usual number of inquiries and booking requests from new guests. AirBnB has become a Household Name... and it's hosts like you who are busy tarnishing that name.

For the record, I don't use the August lock... I use the Kwikset and I personally put the key in the guests hand, no matter what time they arrive, or how late their plane is.
