Am I being too sensitive?

Thanks for the feedback. In theory I agree that professional feedback is important, but in practice - typically the schools are a bit of a s#%t show and everyone is just trying to get by with their crazy workload. My experience thus far (I’ve been at multiple schools) is usually that there’s some solidarity between team members and unless someone is doing something egregious, they let the small stuff slide among themselves. This felt kinda like being singled out for a nitpick, I guess? Or, alternately, like they *did see this as an egregious mistake, which feels unfair.

That said, every school culture is different. Maybe this is just a more nit picky one, I don’t know.
