Am i doing to little housework?

they keep complaining about how little i do and help. they keep telling me i should start cooking for everyone ( i have cooking anxiety, please no further questions

Hold up. Have you been to a doctor and been diagnosed with anxiety disorder or are you saying that you're nervous about cooking? If you've been diagnosed, have you talked to your doctor about how you're still too anxious to take on basic tasks like cooking? If you haven't been diagnosed, is this just something minor that you are avoiding and don't want to be told to stop being selfish about or do you have a serious medical condition that is preventing you from doing basic tasks and need to get to a doctor?

ive recently been sick for a week, and the house looks like shit now

You were sick for an entire week? What did you have? Were you feeling under the weather, or were you bed-ridden? None of the few chores you've mentioned seem like they couldn't be done while being mildly ill. You've only mentioned about one-two hours of work/day to help around the house. It seems like an extremely minor amount of chores.

Have you made arrangements to move out? Are you able to afford your own place? Clearly, you aren't doing many chores at all, but you are also clearly not welcome. You should focus on completing school and earning enough money to move out. I'd also do all those light chores without complaint or argument. Also, you need to figure out the cooking nervousness ASAP as you'll need to cook for yourself and others in life, so if this is just nerves, then you need to tell someone all about that and take steps to overcome it. If you actually have an anxiety disorder, then you need to focus on that. Both of these problems are a much bigger deal than the minor amount of chores you're doing.
