Am I eating enough?

I posted because its normal for me to gain weight quickly when coming out of an extended period of not eating. My gain is halting and I'm not sure if it's plateauing or my metabolism is just regulating from actually eating, I've never stuck to a program long enough to find out and am on month 4 of my current one. I've done traditional bulks in the past but they make me nauseous to the point I actually get sick and don't see progress so I'm trying a different approach. I'm following a modified strong curves and am 26.

I was specifically trying to be vague since it's a touchy subject, do you know a better fitting sub that I can post this to? I chose this one since it's women focused and the advice is realistic.
