My experience with dating 29-30.

This power dynamics thing that girls talk about is just lack of dating / relationship experience they have nothing else.

At 30 I went out with a girl who was 24. She was quite mature for her age. I told her I didn’t find girls below 26-27 mature enough (I was wrong) but then again I met 32 year olds with the maturity of a 12 year old. She was actually very mature for her age. I took a chance and met her anyway and our first date was 4 hours before she had to go home cause it was getting late and she was new to the city.

The truth is that some people would get into a relationship with equality and it has nothing to do with gender or age. I’ve had people in family marry 10 years older guy, 2 years younger guy, shorter guy, etc.

The best relationships are based on trust, empathy, honesty and understanding. Not age, gender and what not. This is the problem with OLD. We spend no time meeting people just swiping on profiles. This gives us no real world dating / relationship experience.
