They didn't show us how much geralt and ciri actually love each other, like the books or even TW3, but i think at least they gave us a father daughter relationship which i never expected from netflix, I think anything he does, he does for ciri's own sake but she's just a child and doesn't understand, I don't have a child but i think as a father geralt couldn't let ciri to do anything she wants, she could've died training like that, she even wanted to become a witcher but of course geralt couldn't let her, she could've died, I think he was nice to ciri most of the time, because he was prepared to so anything for her, I think it is so important that she's his priority in everything and he wouldn't hesitate to kill anyone who wants to hurt her even if that person is the woman he loves! , and he looks after her like a father, I thought netflix would give us a stupid brother sister kind of a relationship between geralt and ciri but they didn't! They gave us a father daughter relationship, I don't consider it perfect, for me perfect version of their relationship was in TW3 or in the books but atleast they tried! And didn't ruin their relationship like every other relationship in this season
