People constantly chat on the internet too. My friend spent 70% of the time chatting with friends. People are losing friends because they are getting socially awkward and they are not enjoying their social life. Why? Life becomes pretty easy when you are living in a room, totally isolated from the world. People babe zero control over you. You can fantasise whatever the fuck you want, you can watch whatever type of porn you want, you can swipe as much as you want to tinder, and you can shit post as much as you can on Reddit (without revealing your identity), you can be fucking poor and act rich in the internet, you can be mentally kicked and act smart in the internet(with just a few google searches), you can be incel and act alpha on the internet. People think that Instagram/TikTok is the worst but in reality, Reddit is equally (or slightly more) harmful. People are enjoying Reddit because they can escape reality and get gratification from others. Most enjoy watching reels and shit posting on Reddit. It is just stupid to simply assume attention span to be the main reason for this cause.
