Hey Daniel, been a huge fan of yours for years.

I was curious about your feelings towards/relationships with dance and dance-inspired music. I've been hooked on a song you helped produce, "Let's Work" by DJ Earl, and I was struck by how minimalist and catchy it is. (I'm not sure what % of the song is your contributions vs. the rest of the team you worked with, but I bring it up because it's very "OPN-y" to my ears.) The whole track is excellent, but the bass sections in particular have some of the most hard-hitting and well-mixed low end I've heard in ages.

You've mentioned in past interviews that you usually prefer to avoid direct use of drums in your work, but I was wondering if you've ever thought about working on somewhat more traditional (but still rather abstract and tasteful) dance tracks like "Let's Work" again, perhaps as a side project?

I certainly wouldn't be disappointed if you didn't; I find Garden of Delete and R+7 very rhythmic and danceable albums. "Let's Work" (and your Four Tet remix, and a few other things) just has me hungry for more of that style.
