I am a newbie to finance tracking and I have ran into an issue with reconciling my accounts that I can't figure out

You are making this way too hard. I'm pretty compulsive about making sure about my bills and paying everything manually every month, and I cannot figure out what you are doing.

Pay your credit card bill "statement balance" in full before the due date every month. Unless you have some weird type of card, this will let you avoid all interest charges. If you have a weird card, focus on getting a normal one as soon as possible.

Make one monthly payment to cover that statement balance. Before doing that, scan the monthly charges to see if there is anything you do not recognize.

If you have to do all the stuff you are doing in order to ensure you do not go over your credit limit or do not spend more than you make, the real answer is to find ways to cut back on your spending so that you are not running on a tightrope all of the time. If your credit limit is really low because it is your first card, just use the card less for a while, keep paying on time and after a year or so, ask for a limit increase. (Don't then make the mistake of boosting your spending so much that you are constantly bumping up against the credit limit again.)

What you are doing sounds way too stressful and time consuming. The credit card company has computers that keep track of your spending and will tell you how much you owe each month. You really don't need to reconcile your credit card spending every month, as long as you are paying your bill in full and are checking for unfamiliar charges.

If you are doing all of this for your own enjoyment or as a hobby or for peace of mind, OK, no judgement here.
