Why am I not integrating?

I'm sorry that you see it that way. I came here anonymously to be able to rant freely. And talk about the main problem by showing that there are no problems elsewhere.

The order: non-qualified (no training for the job), qualified (basic training for the job) and highly qualified (advance training for the job). Basically university graduates working in their field of study are highly qualified. No bragging here just stating facts.

Successful career just means I'm doing good, that I'm not unsuccessful in what I do. I'm not stagnating nor getting fired. No bragging either. Just saying that I contribute positively to the Swiss society.

You can indeed be and feel Swiss, but not be integrated. I know now, that there are many real Swiss since generations that have left Switzerland because they felt like they were out in the cold, misunderstood and unable to understand why they were not more involved with others. You can be the perfect Swiss but still feel isolated and lonely. Indeed, it has perhaps nothing to do with integration.

But I understand now that this feeling is rather common among Swiss. The word "integration" might not be an exact description, perhaps isolated or having difficulty making deep and warm friendships, etc.

And here you talk about someone who's not even a friend to you anymore, confessing that he was bitter because of your succes. lel

Ex-friend, as in friends that are now rather cold towards me. When you unexpectedly meet a drunk ex-friend on a friday night in town: tongues are rather loose and you just openly and directly talk about everything, you even try to make amends. But the next day, everything just becomes awkward again.
