Am I the only one that sees a little bit of Carmelo Anthony in Cade’s game?

No. Melo has always played a highly self-centered, black-hole style of offense. He was a talented scorer who was able to make it work on a high volume of self-creation, but his overall basketball IQ is absolutely nothing to write home about, he has little skill as a floor general or as a passer in any capacity, he never played with a mind for his teammates, he never made his teammates better, his offense generally began and ended with himself, and, in my opinion, his overall impact upon the game was less than the stats he logged.

Cade projects to play a greatly higher-IQ game with an eye toward determining and making the correct play for his team, whatever that might be in any given situation, and regardless of if he's on the ball or not.

I don't see any similarity at all.
