Am I the only one who actually wants to return to the office for 3 days a week?

I work for a software company with an office in Silver Springs. They have pretty much gone fully hybrid moving forward with the company.

They did a complete remodel of over half the floors, got rid of most of the cubicles and are focusing more on 'team space' with lots of couches and tables.

I think they know that most people prefer work from home and if you want us to come into the office, you have to make it more appealing, so comfort is a focus for them now. Managers and myself included, ARE required to be in the office at least twice a week.

A lot of offices in DC are going to have a hard time convincing people to come back with the Metro running like it does right now. I keep hearing stories about 30 min wait times, yeah no thanks.
