Just a reminder to everyone in the comments: You don’t choose to be a pedophile but you DO choose to be a child molester. Those 2 are not the same.

There are documented reports of pedophiles being watched going their whole lives without touching a child and willingly ousting themselves away from society to live by themselves (under a watchful eye of course), and dying having never committed the crime, indulging in whichever hobbies they had and jobs anonymously until they die peacefully. One such report was a man who exclusively obsessed over Star Wars anything regarding media, books, toys, and video games until he died.

There are pedophiles who don’t want to be one.
