I am posting here too to show you what kind of irreversible damages b12 deficiency can do to your body,even if you supplement like i did.

I know how to read studies and that one has a totally uncontrolled environment. They used estimates and advice instead of a controlled intervention. Definitely dangerous to try and use a study like that to inform someone’s behavior, but then again we live in a world with veganism and one where scientists in the 1900s were paid off to create a report suggesting that spraying your backyard garden with radioactive waste (yes) would improve your health. We live in a world of industrial complexes. Be careful of people trying to make a profit by removing us further and further from ancestral health. I won’t do pills and I won’t even touch powdered collagen. All that stuff is either synthetic or so tainted by solvents from their extraction and purification that indulging in it could make “health” become our demise. Also- I tried to explain before that I didn’t absorb cyano and the second version made things worse. Also B12 supplements are a different kind of B12. I get some of my red meat from neighbors who have a farm outside of the city. My personal experience: it raised my serum B12 levels just fine (I also ate liver) and low carb meals in general have been a godsend.
