I played Gambit two nights ago 2v4. After seeing the pairing, I didn't compete at all. Why run around shooting, gathering motes and coming back to a bank to meet five blockers. The temporary ban did not keep me from quitting. What did was that the other team may have been on a streak and if I baled it would hurt them. (I think I read somewhere?) The only time I considered quitting was when the score was approx 0-50 motes banked and in comes an opposing team invader. WTF? Final score 0-75. In the second round, we picked up a third person, we gave it a shot but the game was still noncompetitive. (I am not bitching to Bungie although when their are too few players, Bungie should stop the match.) Less to be learned: If you are leading by 50 motes against a 2v4 team, don't send over multiple blockers and invader. Just take your time. You've won the round. And don't dance before send over invaders or dance between rounds like you accomplished something. You're just being a dick.
