I am starting to not like coming into work

Agreeing with the other posters, I do not feel like it will ever get better; from my personal experience.

I was hired on the condition that I would work 5pm-12am on weekdays, and night shift on weekends as well. However, I was always scheduled from 3:15pm-12am no matter what and it pissed me off because I had to come in for all weekend days and work these long shifts. They were completely uncaring that I attend college full-time and have to wake up early.

Eventually, I kept hearing from my ASMT that my availability "just isn't there" every single day. So I came into work and told him to take me off the schedule, wrote my SM a note, and worked the remainder of the schedule.

I can happily say I'm in a way better mental state than I was right now. I was failing classes when working at WAGS, but I'm not anymore. Granted I haven't found a job I love yet, but I think that's something that can take some time.

Save yourself the headache and try to find something sooner rather than later. I think Walgreens is a good short-term job, but they do not care so much about their employees.
