You’re not the only one feeling this way OP. As for why this is a bigger issue with women….. my guess is that trans women seem to have a hard time understanding that respect goes both ways. Especially those that transition later in life, when you’re raised and socialized as a man in a world made for MEN, you think you should get anything and everything you want even after you transition. So many of these new ‘rules’ we’re being told to follow is misogyny disguised as being ‘woke.’ Trans women are women, and I respect that. When one’s own freedom and identity as a woman is impeded on just to make someone else feel included is when it gets dangerous. Equality needs to go both ways.
