I am unvaccinated and got Covid.

yep. like /u/the__pov said, people turn to anecdotes.

Covid is a real illness- whether you believe in vaccines, mandates, science, NWO, all the other shit that comes with living in Covid times- covid is a legit illness.

Just because person A got covid and was on a ventilator, and 9 months later still cant walk up a staircase or smell or taste, doesnt mean thats gonna happen to you. just because you got it and it felt like a headcold for a day, doesn't mean it isnt a serious illness.

one of my coworkers got it and had a headcold for a few days and a pounding headache and vomited on the last day, but gladly took those 2 paid weeks off and used the last 9 of those days as a paid vacation, symptom free.

Another coworker I had felt so shitty he thought he was gonna have to be hospitalized.
