Am I wrong for using byproducts?

I've been offered my dream job. I am working in the bakery I have wanted to my entire life. This is the biggest and most renowned bakery in my town. I have the chance to do what I've always wanted to, and worked towards my entire life.

But I'm vegan. And now it means working with heavy cream, butter. cream cheese, egg.

I hate that I'm around it. I hate that I touch it and use it. But this is all I've ever wanted to do. I want to decorate cakes. And there's no vegan bakery within my reach.

Do I continue? Is this okay? Do I hault my dream?

I don't want to leave the town I live in. It has my family in it. And I can't travel far enough to associate with an establishment that aligns my moral beliefs with my career aspirations.

What do you think I should do? What are your thoughts?
