It seems like you got where you were the hard way so to speak -- by working up through various positions. I imagine this makes you more qualified for the responsibilities of a producer than perhaps some of those superstar actor names you sometimes see making the cross over to producing. Is there anything you find that actors at all levels typically don't know about a producer's daily roles and tasks, specifically during principal photography or the casting process? What would even a superstar actor have trouble with when taking on their first producer credit? And do such names really have much of a say in the artistic development of a film or is it just for show?
